Government Funding & Support

We accept eligible government funding, tax-free childcare, and childcare vouchers to support our families.

Free Childcare Hours

The nursery accepts eligible government funding, including 15 and 30 hours for 2, 3, and 4-year-olds where applicable. Please note that availability and criteria may change in line with government policy updates.

Childcare Support Schemes

We support tax-free childcare and various childcare vouchers. Our management team is available to help you navigate these options to ensure you receive the support your family is entitled to.

How Payments Work

Monthly Invoicing: Fees are calculated monthly and sent directly to your registered email.
Payment Due Dates: All invoices are payable by the 1st of each month in advance.
Accepted Methods: We accept Bank Transfer, Childcare Vouchers, and Tax-Free Childcare payments.
Late Payment Terms: To ensure fairness for all, late payments may incur a small administration fee as outlined in our terms.

We understand that navigating nursery fees and funding can be complex. Here are answers to some of the most common questions we receive from parents.

What is included in the fees?

Our inclusive fees cover all freshly prepared meals for full time children, healthy snacks, and cow’s milk.

Is there a registration fee or deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable registration fee of £150 is required to secure your place. A deposit is also payable, which is held and refunded against your final month's invoice.

How is Government Funding applied?

Funding is stretched over 50 weeks of the year. Your monthly invoice will show the standard fee minus the funded hours applicable to your child's age and eligibility.

What is the notice period for changes?

We require one full calendar month's written notice if you wish to change your child’s sessions or withdraw them from the nursery.
